God is in This Story, for it is HIS Story. When we study the Bible, we start in Genesis and slowly work our way to the New Testament and learn about Jesus. Like children starting on milk and working our way up to meat, we are not taught about Jesus until later. Not sure if that is what you learned, but how I learned about the Bible. So we get to the New Testament and learned about Jesus and then get to John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.But wait a minute, the Bible begins in Genesis 1:1, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. So we learn In the beginning when God made the earth, Jesus was there as well. In the end in Revelation, we learn Jesus is coming again to take His children home to Heaven, to be in the presence of Him and God. God is in the details, from the beginning, to the middle, and to the end. God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
